Prayer May all your days
May all your days
be as bright
as daisies in the sun
and
may the Son of God
wipe your every tear
and calm your every
fear
and fill you
with His peace and
joy!
May all your days
be as bright
as daisies in the sun
and
may the Son of God
wipe your every tear
and calm your every
fear
and fill you
with His peace and
joy!
O Lord, Healer of our souls and bodies,
during Your life on earth You went about doing good.
You healed every manner of sickness and disease.
You strengthened, cured, comforted, forgave,
and consoled others.
You want nothing more than to see us healthy
and happy.
Lay Your healing hands upon us now,
So that we may sing Your praises forever. Amen.
Lord, You give us the power to be light or darkness
to ourselves and one another on our journey.
Show us, Lord, how to transform the stumbling
blocks in our lives to ladders of grace for ourselves
and others.
Let us pause and in silence ask our dear Lord to
heal us of whatever keeps us from being whole.
Let us pause and remember all who are ill in mind,
body or soul.
Let us pause and remember our Brothers and all
who are confined to health care facilities.
Let us pause and pray for all those who care for the
sick asking the Lord to bless them for their solicitude.
Is anyone among you suffering?
He should pray.
Is anyone in good spirits?
He should sing praise.
Is anyone among you sick?
He should summon the presbyters of the Church,
and they should pray over that person
and anoint him with oil
in the name of the Lord,
and the prayer of faith will save the sick person
and the Lord will raise him up.
If he has committed any sins, he will be forgiven.
Thus says the Lord:
It is I Who created you.
It is I Who formed you.
Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name and you are Mine.
When you pass through the waters I will be with you.
When you walk through fire you shall not be burned
and the flames shall not consume you.
For I am the Lord your God.
For I am the Holy One.
You are precious in My eyes and cherished,
and I love you.
